Emotional and relational pain is a universal human experience. This means you are not alone, yet often we go through these painful experiences alone. You don’t have to. I work with my clients to support them during difficult times and in accomplishing the change they wish to see in their lives. While therapy can be a lifelong journey for some, it can also mean inviting someone into your life for a critical period of time when you deserve the support needed to get back to your life.
I work with couples at all stages. Couples therapy can be beneficial whether you’re in a committed relationship, engaged to be married, newly married, struggling with infertility, balancing a newborn, approaching your 50th wedding anniversary, or maneuvering separation/divorce. I work with couples to improve communication, strengthen relational understanding, and deepen connection.
Maternal Mental Health
I support mothers in their journey to overcoming societal pressures, feelings of being overwhelmed and discovering their new selves, and strengthening their attachment with their babies. Together, we can find meaning in your new role, help understand what’s happening to your body, mind, and spirit, and provide you a safe space to normalize your process into motherhood.
I support mothers and their partners in the spectrum of loss; whether this loss occurred through unsuccessful IVF, miscarriage, stillbirth, or selective termination. Providing a healing and nurturing space to process grief and making personal meaning of it.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. EMDR can also be effective in working with negative beliefs and addiction, as well as help you process and move through life experiences that continue to create distress.
While EMDR can often reduce the time spent on processing the trauma, it can take weeks, months, or even longer to properly move through the preparation stage. It is important to remember that this stage is crucial to the success of resolving unprocessed traumatic memories and events.
