Cancellation Policy
Appointment Change Notification
To ensure proper scheduling, you are required to notify our office via phone, text, or email at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment
Cancellation Fee for Missed Appointments
Failure to provide the required 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling will result in a $100 cancellation fee, which you will be responsible for
Re-evaluation of Treatment Needs
In cases of frequent cancellation or rescheduling, we may re-evaluate your treatment needs, desires, and motivations to ensure the effectiveness of our therapeutic approach.
